      I've never gotten a reply form the Prince and Princess of Kent either, so don't worry. They aren't working royals like Prince Michael's Brother, the Duke of Kent, or his sister, Princess Alexandra. So Prince & Princess of Kent don't have offices and staff payed for like the other royals. So they don't usually send out replies.

      But if you want to write they live at Kensington Palace, so:

      I don't know of any address for Lady Sarah Chatto. Buckingham Palace seems like your best bet.
