Pages of Honour are typically sons of extended family or friends. They are typically 10-14 years old. And will serve for 3-4 years depending on how long the uniform fits as they are passed down and not custom made.

2009 - 2014: Arthur Chatto, the Queen's great-nephew, is one of the Queen's Pages of Honor.
2012 - 2015: Charles Armstrong-Jones, the Queen's great-nephew, is one of the Queen's Pages of Honor.
2013: First time in 17 years Prince Charles had attended, and first-time for Camilla. Prior to that he only attended on extra special years (wedding to Diana, made a member of the House of Lords, etc) or when Prince Philip was away or ill and he was filling in.
2019: Xan Richard Anders Windsor, Duke & Duchess of Gloucester's grandson, is one of the Queen's Pages of Honor.

Nobel Prize Laureates (2019)

The 2019 Nobel Laureates were announced October 7th - 14th. The award ceremonies will take place on December 10th.

Physiology or Medicine 
Awarded to William G. Kaelin Jr of USA (1/3), Sir Peter J. Ratcliffe of UK (1/3), and Gregg L. Semenza of USA (1/3) for "their discoveries of how cells sense and adapt to oxygen availability."
The Prize is awarded by the Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institute.

Physics
Awarded to James Peebles of Canada (1/2) for "theoretical discoveries in physical cosmology."
Awarded to Michel Mayor of Switzerland (1/4) and Didier Queloz of Switzerland (1/4) for "the discovery of an exoplanet orbiting a solar-type star."
The Prize is awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Chemistry
Awarded to John B. Goodenough of Germany (1/3),  M. Stanley Whittingham of UK (1/3), and Akira Yoshino of Japan (1/3) for "the development of lithium-ion batteries."
The Prize is awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Literature 
They will announce both the 2018, & 2019 Nobel Laurates.

2018 prize awarded to Olga Tokarczuk of Poland (1/1) for "a narrative imagination that with encyclopedic passion represents the crossing of boundaries as a form of life."
2019 prize awarded to Peter Handke of Austria (1/1) for "an influential work that with linguistic ingenuity has explored the periphery and the specificity of human experience."
The Prize is awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Peace 
Awarded to Abiy Ahmed Ali of Ethiopia (1/1) for "his efforts to achieve peace and international cooperation, and in particular for his decisive initiative to resolve the border conflict with neighbouring Eritrea."
The Prize is awarded by the Norwegian Nobel Committee.

Economic Sciences
Awarded to Abhijit Banerjee of India (1/3),  Esther Duflo of France (1/3), and Michael Kremer of USA (1/3) for "their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty.”
The Prize is awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
