St. John's Smith Square is a former church in Smith Square, London that after bombing in WWII was converted into a concert hall. The Concert Hall receives no public subsidies and relies solely on private support. St. John's Smith Square also has a Young Artists' Program which provides support and showcases promising young musicians.

Princess Margaret was previously Patron.

London Chamber Orchestra is the UK’s oldest professional chamber orchestra. The Orchestra received no public subsidy, relying solely on private support.

Georgian Theatre Royal is Britain's oldest and most complete Georgian playhouses. This was Charles and Camilla's 1st joint patronage.

Ditchling Museum is an art museum in Ditchling, East Sussex. The museum features art from local artists.

Elmhurst School for Dance is the oldest vocational dance school in the UK. The school provides funding for students unable to meet the cost of training.

The Theatre Royal Bath is one of Britain's oldest working theaters. In addition to the theatre's main auditorium, it has 2 other performances spaces Ustinov Studio and the Egg. The Egg is a children theater, which is used for workshops and youth theatre productions.

Camilla was also patron of the theatre's 2010 refurbishment appeal, which raised money to preserve the 200-year-old building

The Fan Museum is the world’s only comprehensive museum devoted to Ladies’ Fan. The museum in Greenwich.

Carmarthen Youth Opera is a Youth Opera in Wales. It was Camilla's 1st Welsh Patronage.
Joint Patron with Prince Charles (2011 - Present)

The Cornish Federation of Male Voice Choirs is a combination of a number of male choirs in Cornwall. They put on concerts, recitals, and workshops. They also try to promote coral signings in their community and well as promote composition and arrangements, especially for male voices.

Amber Trust is a UK charity for musical development for blind and partially sighted youth.

Amber Trust provides grants for blind and partially sighted youth to cover the cost of music lessons, music therapy, instruments, equipment and concert tickets. The organization also funds research on the impact of music on youths development.

The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain is a UK orchestra of 165 young musicians. They work to promote young people in music.
