Thank you for this quite interesting page. After a rather quick look l noticed that for the 26 and 27th of June you counted the various visits (different organizations/places) as just one big engagement for the day...I wonder why, I would have counted each separately.
The Visits on the 26th & 27th of June were apart of the “Homewards” Programme launch. The royals sometimes visit multiple locations as part of an official engagements, or might have a audience before a reception, etc. We count everything for the same organization or project that is done in a day as one engagement. This helps to deal with the ambiguity and inconsistency of the Court Circular.

That was not listed on the Court Circular. While we consider adding things not on the Court Circular, we don't included things we don't have a date for.

While we didn't have a date for it, it also fails as we don't count things as official engagements where the purpose was just filming a video. We also don't include photoshoots, interviews, etc. That is all just sort of promotion and not counted as official engagements.
