Luxembourg's National Day is celebrated on June 23rd. The official holiday is called "the day of the official celebration of the anniversary of the Grand Duke's birth" and serves as the Monarch's Official Birthday. The holiday has been celebrated on different days throughout history, but was set to June 23rd during Grand Duchess Charlotte's reign.
June 23rd was chosen as they wanted to celebrate the Monarch's birthday in the summer when there could be good weather, with the 23rd being specifically chosen as Charlotte was born on the 23rd of January.
