Sunday, November 20th - Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
  • Antigua and Barbuda Defense Force military parade at Airport
    • Inspect Guard
  •  Visited Nelson's Dockyard
  •  Attend a reception hosted by the Governor General at "Clarence House"

Monday 21st - Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
  •  Youth Sports Festival at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium
    • Meet Cricket professionals: Sir Vivian Richards, Sir Andy Roberts and Sir Curtly Ambrose
    • Meet Children and Young People
  • Attend  Colours of Charity Showcase on the tropical grounds of Government House
    • Charities include: Nolan Hue, the Halo Foundation, Scouts and the Girl Guides
    • Presented awards to young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
  • Visit Barnacle Point to attend a reception hosted by Prime Minister Gaston Browne

Tuesday 22nd Antigua and Barbuda
(Helicopter ride to Antigua's sister island of Barbuda)
  • Boat tour through the mangroves
  • Visit Holy Trinity Primary School
  • Visit Sir McChesney George High School
    • Learn about their conservation and sustainability work
  • Unveil The Queen's Commonwealth Canopy project at the Victoria Park Botanical Gardens in St John's
    • Unveil plaque

Wednesday 23rd - St Kitts and Nevis
  • Official welcome and military parade at Port Zante
    • Inspect Guards
  • Attend youth rally at Brimstone Hill Fortress with Governor General
    • watch traditional dances, hear Caribbean songs and listen to local poetry recitals
    • Unveil the St Kitts and Nevis dedication to The Queens Commonwealth Canopy Project
    • Give Speech
(travel by boat to Charlestown Pier)
  • Welcome to the island by local residents of Nevis at Four Seasons Resort
  • Visit the local turtle conservation initiative on Lovers Beach
    • Inspect the turtle nests along the beach
  • Attend a reception hosted by the Governor General at Government House. 
    • Meet young leaders and people from St Kitts and Nevis including the country's Chevening Scholars and Commonwealth Youth organizations. 
Thursday 24th - St Lucia
  • Official Welcome at Pointe Seraphine
  • Held an investiture 
  • Attend a reception hosted by the Governor General in the gardens of Government House

Friday 25th - St Lucia
  • Attend exhibition cricket match at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground
    • Harry will try out Cricket
    • Present both teams with medals and exchange signed cricket bats
  • Visit Pigeon Island to attend an outdoor exhibition highlighting various conservation projects 
    • Unveil the dedication plaque to The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy Project
  • Attend St Lucian street festival
    • Meet members of the public

Saturday 26th - St Vincent and the Grenadines
  • Official Welcome by Governor General
    • Military Parade
    • Inspect guard
  • Visit  Kingstown's Botanic Gardens
    • Tour the site
    • Watching a number of cultural performances
    • Plant a commemorative Baobab tree to mark the visit
  • Visit Vermont Nature Trail
    • Short Hike
    • Unveil dedications to The Queen's Commonwealth Canopy
    • Give Speech
  • Visit beach to learn more about the country's initiatives to care about and protect the endangered population of sea turtles 
    • Meet with young people
  • Attend reception hosted by the Governor General and the Prime Minister at the Cruise Ship Terminal

Sunday 27th

Monday 28th - Grenada
  • Official welcome at Grenada Cruise Port
  • Visit Queens Park Grounds to attend a community sporting event
    • Meet with young people and coaches
  • Visit Grand Anse Beach to hear about the devastating impact climate change has had on the Caribbean environment
    • See the Coral Restoration Project 
  • Meet with the Prime Minister, Keith Mitchell
  • Attending a reception hosted by the Governor General, Cecile La Grenade.

Tuesday 29th - Barbados
  • Official welcome at the Bridgetown Port
    • Military parade
  • Meeting with the Governor General, His Excellency Sir Elliott Belgrave
  • Present Duke of Edinburgh Award candidates with their Gold Award at Government House
  • Meet with Prime Minister Freundel Stuart at his official residence, Ilaro Court
  • Lunch at Government House
  • Visit the Nightengale Children's Home
    • Meet children and staff
    • Officially open two new buildings

Wednesday 30th - Barbados
  • Attend Toast to the Nation Reception at Officers' Mess at St Ann's Fort
  • Visit Queen Elizabeth Hospital
  • Attend the Reveal in celebration of the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Independence of Barbados at Garrison Savannah Racetrack.
  • Attend The Golden Anniversary Spectacular Mega Concert
Thursday December 1st - Barbados
  • Attend special ‘Man Aware’ event will be held in Heroes Square to mark World Aids Day
  • Visit  Nature Fun Ranch in St Andrew with supports troubled youth
    • Tour Ranch
    • Meet young people
  • Visit Paragon Base to learn about the Caribbean's Regional Security System
    • Tour base 
    • Meet Defence Force trainee soldiers

Friday 2nd - Guyana
  • Official Welcome at Eugene F. Correia airport in Georgetown
  • Meet with President David Granger
  • Visit Independence Monument
    • Lay a Wreath
  • Visit Camp Ayanganna, the Headquarters of the Guyana Defence Force
    • Tour Base
    • Meet with officer cadets, serving officers and veterans
  • Visit Georgetown's Commonwealth War Graves

  •  Attend a reception hosted by the British High Commissioner Greg Quinn

Saturday 3rd - Guyana
(Flight to Hinterland)
  • Visit remote wilderness of the Hinterland

  • Visit Iwokrama International Centre
    • Meet forest rangers 
    • Visit Fairview Village
  • Visit Kaieteur Falls, the single largest free-fall waterfall in the world
    • Hike though rainforest

Sunday 4th - Guyana
  • Visit Joshua House Children's Centre
    • Meet staff, volunteers, children
  • Visited an organisation in Georgetown supporting those young people who have been victims of human trafficking.
  • Official goodbye
    • Inspect guard
