This is a list of the patronages held by Queen Elizabeth II at the time of her death that have been passed down to "Other" Working Royals. This list includes instances where new new patron was created, but a royal already serving in another position like President will continue in that role. 

Most Patronages have been passed down to King Charles & Queen Camilla and are listed here. 

The palace has not released a full list of patronages continued and discontinued. So, we have had to search through Queen Elizabeth II's patronages manually. This list is not complete, but represents what we know of (as of June 2024).
