King Charles III's Reign

Each year the royal family attends Easter Service at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. The service begins at 10:45 AM). The service is a private event, but members of the public and media can catch a glimpse of the Royals as they walk from the castle to the chapel. After the service, members of the Royal Family attend a reception at the chapel.

It is not mandatory that members of the Royal Family attend Easter Service with the King.

Very small children do not attend the service. We don't normally mark as a child as "absent" until after they attended for the first time.
