In past years, the Denmark Palace has released a Christmas Calendar on social media, with posts each day from December 1st to December 24th.
During December's four Advent Sundays, King Frederik and Queen Mary will examines a number of Danish Christmas traditions. "With visits around Denmark, the Majesties, together with a number of experts, are helping to find the common thread from the Vikings' pre-Christian Christmas to the holiday we know and celebrate today."
Each Day's Topic

- December 8th (2nd Sunday of Advent) - Queen Mary visits Grundtvig's Church in Bispebjerg to meet with Confirmation Students
