                    1. So you are counting William's unofficial/private visits on March 30th, but not Harry's official 3 not 2 visits on February 21st.

                      1. Yes.
For William's March 30th, just because there wasn't media there doesn't mean it was not an "official duty." There are a lot of "private" official engagements. William was definitely there in an official capacity as a Royal. I know it wasn't listed on the CC. But I don't particularly follow the CC as it's not the most consistent or as I feel the most accurate representation of duties. I.e. Prince Charles visit to the King's College Hospital to meet the victims of the Westminister attack a few days earlier was included in the CC. And William's visit wasn't any different from Charles.

This was separated as two engagements, as William was visiting two different organizations at two locations.

I am counting all of what Harry did on Feb 21st, I just saw it as 2 engagements, not 3. The heads together part was sort of a 2 part engagement (a thing & then a reception afterward). It had the same group of organizations, same people attending, and both were about the same project. So it was counted as one.

                      2. No it wasn't. He attended a trainings day for HT which was with different people and at a different place as the charity day at Virgin Money.

                      3. Different locations doesn't mean much. Royals often have engagements where they do things in 2 different places. Especially when you have something outside and a reception inside. I've seen royals travel to 3, 4, or 5 locations during an engagement.

You also have cases where a Royal will have multiple engagements at the same place. Think of Prince Harry's trip to the University of Bath last week where he met with Invictus Games and the Rugby Union's Injured Players Foundation.

The real question is not how many locations, but what are they doing there. And since the 2 parts were all about the Head's Together competing in the Virgin Money London Marathon, in which Head's Together is their charity of the years. I don't know how you can say he was doing two different things.

And the two parts had the same organizations and a lot of the same people. Head's Together & Virgin Money aren't two separate things. Virgin Money is a founding partner of Head's Together. And Head's Together is the charity of the Virgin Money London Marathon. And there were literally the same people at both events. A number of the runners and staff from part one came to the reception. Yeah it was two locations, but it had to be. You couldn't very well have people training for a marathon at the Virgin Money headquarters, and you couldn't hold a reception outside in February, especially not on a bridge.
