Animal Care Trust

 Patron (September 2005 - Present)

Animal Care Trust is the registered charity of the Royal Veterinary College. The Charity provides funds for new equipment and buildings for the colleges. As well as fund research into new treatments and cure for animals and fund veterinary education.

The Queen Mum was previously Patron of Animal Care Trust (1982-2002?).

Marwari Horse Society

Patron (March 2006 - Present)

Marwari Horse Society is a society dedicated to the protection, welfare, and promotion of the Marwari horse, a breed indigenous to Jodhpur, India.

Brooke Hospital for Animals

President (November 2006 - Present) (renewed till 2021) 

Brooke Hospital for Animals is a UK based international animal welfare organization committed to improving the lives of working horses, donkeys, and mules. The Charity is the largest equine charity in the world. They provide free veterinary services, build equine buildings, and provide training on animal welfare.

The Organization mainly works in Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, India, Kenya, Afghanistan, Guatemala, Nepal, Senegal, Ethiopia and Nicaragua.

Princess Alia bint Al Hussein of Jordan is Patron.

Langford Trust

Patron (November 2006 - Present)

Langford Trust is a charity in support of the University of Bristol School of Veterinary Science. Langford Trust helps fund clinical research, equipment and clinical facilities for the treatment and hospitalization of animals. 

Shetland Pony Stud-Book Society

Patron (Janurary 2013 - Present)

Shetland Pony Stud-Book Society is a Scottish charity dedicated to supporting, maintaining and promoting the Shetland Pony breed.

Elephant Family

Joint President with The Prince of Wales (September 2014 - Present)

Elephant Family is an animal conservation charity founded in 2002. Camilla's brother Mark Shand co-founded the charity.  Elephant Family works to protect endangered Asian elephants, with conservation projects across Asia. The Charity works to secure elephant and wildlife habitats, reduce human-elephant conflicts and promotes education programs in the UK about these endangered elephants.

Camilla and Charles become Joint President of Elephant Family after the death of Camilla's brother Mark Shand, although they had supported the charity numerous times in the years previous. 

Camilla's sister Annabelle, Sarah, Duchess of York, Princess Eugenie are all Patrons of the charity.
